Join us this Wednesday as we welcome Joe Swick behind the Red & White Bar for a by-the-glass takeover!

For those unfamiliar with Swick Wines, Joe is Oregon native making natural wine that showcases the unique cold climate terroirs of the Pacific Northwest.

Swick's strong suits are amber & orange wines that find the sweet spot between tannic and fresh (here's looking at you, Flood lovers!) -- along with tangy light reds, sometimes produced as red/white grape co-ferments, sometimes as short-macerations.
